We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager/Shift Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service department or shift, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support customer service representatives to maintain high performance and productivity.
Address escalated inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement customer service policies and standards to improve operations.
Provide training to staff to enhance product knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall experience.
Analyze customer service performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
