Immediate need for project accountant seeking excellent health insurance benefits , great team and growth potential .In this position you will be responsible for managing and analyzing reports on the financial side of specific projects , ensuring the projects stay on budget and remain profitable. Key duties include budget creation, tracking expenses, generating financial reports, managing client billing and ensuring compliance with regulations. Managing cash flow, keeping records of all transactions , creating and updating spreadsheets and producing financial reports and profit forecasts. Must have promen skill in demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail as well as professional communications these skills will be keys to success in this growing, well-known organization. In addition this position will be responsible for ensuring bid deadlines, manage project budgets, allocate resources and manage ongoing accounts payable for Construction projects. .
