Required Qualifications and Skills
- Create professional graphic layouts for trade show, event, print, and digital materials.
- Prepare production-ready files that meet print, resolution, formatting, and branding standards.
- Manage multiple design projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
- Work in a Mac-based creative production environment.
- 3 to 5 years of graphic layout, graphic arts, illustration, or related design production experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience using a Mac for design and production work.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, image resolution, file formatting, and brand consistency.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and follow-through.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Las Vegas, NV and complete 4 weeks of paid training.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting trade show, event, marketing, or business services design projects.
- Prior experience preparing files for commercial print production.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and version control across multiple layouts or campaign materials.
