Job Title: eBilling Administrator
Location: Hybrid – Rahway, NJ
Contract Duration: Through the end of 2026, with potential for extension

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced eBilling Administrator to manage and support our legal electronic invoicing platform and related billing operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of legal e-billing tools, experience with large-scale legal organizations, and strong technical expertise in billing software administration. This is a hybrid role based in Rahway, NJ, offering the opportunity to work onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary administrator for the legal electronic invoicing platform (TyMetrix 360/T360), including deployment, implementation, and ongoing support.

Perform legal spend reporting and analysis to ensure accurate billing and compliance.

Maintain, operate, and support billing systems and related technologies to fulfill departmental responsibilities.

Act as a subject matter expert, resolving technical issues within the billing software.

Collaborate with law firms, Accounts Payable, and Finance teams to ensure smooth billing operations.

Support compliance initiatives, including SOX or other audit requirements.

Report to the Associate Director, Legal Support, Legal Operations, Innovation & Technology.

Qualifications:

BS/BA degree with minimum 4 years of experience OR HS degree with minimum 8 years of experience.

Minimum of 5 years as a systems administrator for e-billing/matter management or similar billing software, including deployment and implementation.

Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills within billing department software.

Familiarity with billing and accounting processes, and financial tools such as SAP.

Knowledge of SOX or other audit compliance requirements.

Experience working with large-scale legal organizations, law firms, and finance teams.

This contract opportunity is available through the end of 2026, with potential for extension, in a hybrid Rahway, NJ work environment.
