We’re seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our clients accounting team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong experience in general ledger accounting and US GAAP practices. Reporting directly to the Controller, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist in financial report analysis
Reconcile month-end financials, including P&L, general ledger, cash, and bank accounts
Review and ensure accuracy of AP/AR coding
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files
Support audits and periodic inventory counts (some travel required)
Perform data entry, filing, and assist with special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager
Uphold company policies and confidentiality standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)
4–6 years of accounting experience, with strong focus on general ledger and US GAAP compliance
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable working onsite full-time, Monday through Friday
