We’re looking for a Workplace Specialist to oversee site operations and create a productive, engaging environment for our employees. In this role, you’ll partner across Workplace, Security, IT, and other teams to ensure our spaces support business goals and a strong company culture.
What You’ll Do:
Improve workspace usage, employee experience, and workflow efficiency
Lead workplace projects from planning to completion
Manage vendors (furniture, food services, AV, designers, etc.)
Support space planning, site operations, and employee events
Evaluate workplace programs and recommend improvements
Communicate with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
About You:
3+ years in workplace operations, hospitality, or event management
Strong project and vendor management experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with Google Workspace
