Workplace Specialist - ASAP | 12-month contract
Rate: $25/hour

We are seeking a highly motivated Workplace Specialist to oversee site operations and optimize our workspaces to create a productive, engaging, and high-performing environment for our employees. This role will partner cross-functionally to ensure our workplace strategy aligns with business goals while fostering a strong and positive culture.
What You’ll Do
-Assess and optimize workspace utilization, employee experience, and workflow efficiency to drive productivity and collaboration.
-Lead workplace projects from conception through completion, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
-Develop and implement workplace strategies that promote innovation, well-being, and operational excellence.
-Partner with other Workplace, Physical Security and IT team members and leadership to ensure effective space planning and resource allocation.
-Manage relationships with external vendors (furniture, food services, AV, designers, etc.) to deliver high-quality workplace services.
-Oversee site operations and support events and employee engagement initiatives.
-Conduct post-implementation evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders, build strong partnerships, and influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.
-Adapt to evolving business needs, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
About You
-3+ years of experience in workplace operations, event management, hospitality, or related fields.
-Experience in vendor management, workplace administration, and change management.
-Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
-High level of discretion and emotional intelligence when handling confidential information.
-Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
-Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
Bonus Points
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
-Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
