Workday System Administrator

A government client of ours is hiring a Workday System Administrator to join their Human Resources team. This role will lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with Workday security, business processes, reporting, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Administer and support Workday, including security setup, business processes, and integrations
-Lead the implementation of new Workday modules
-Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensure data integrity, and monitor performance
-Maintain accurate system documentation, processes, and support materials
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze needs and configure system workflows
-Provide user training and support, and assist with testing of updates and enhancements

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience OR Master’s degree and 2+ years of experience
-Proven expertise in Workday administration, including configuration, reporting, security, and integrations
-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
-High attention to detail and ability to work independently
-Excellent communication and organizational abilities
