Welder / Grinder – Fabrication & Metal Finishing

?? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
?? Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (DOE)

Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of welding and grinding experience (preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements
Familiarity with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding and metal finishing tools
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
Preferred Skills:
Welding certification(s) a plus
Experience with fabrication or metalworking in a shop environment
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability
About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Welder/Grinder to join our team in North Bossier. This position supports fabrication and production operations, requiring precision, safety, and quality in every task.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on various metal components
Operate grinders and other metal finishing tools to smooth and prepare surfaces
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Inspect welds and finished parts for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Assist with general shop duties and fabrication tasks as needed
