Schedule: Friday–Monday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10 schedule)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Floater Technician to support multiple production areas in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assisting across departments including Kitchen, Tank Room, Weighing, Tank Washing, and general production operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in GMP, FDA, or USDA-regulated environments and be comfortable following standard operating procedures (SOPs) while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Weigh components using analytical scales
Mix materials with water according to production requirements
Operate valves and light production equipment
Push and maneuver large tanks
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas
Complete accurate documentation and records
Support multiple departments as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience in the following environments are strongly preferred:
Kitchen or food production
GMP-regulated manufacturing
FDA or USDA-regulated facilities
SOP-driven production environments
