About the Role:

A wealth management firm in Greenville is seeking an Operations Specialist with a strong interest in investments and portfolio administration. This role is central to investment operations and supports advisors by ensuring portfolios, trades, and client accounts are accurate, compliant, and well managed. Investment & Portfolio Responsibilities:

-Daily account monitoring and portfolio management system oversight
-Trade entry, aggregation, and reconciliation (equities, mutual funds, bonds)
-Performance reporting, billing, and benchmarking
-Cost basis tracking and research
-Investment Policy Statement preparation
-Support for year-end investment tax analysis
-Advanced Excel reporting and data validation
-Account & Client Operations
-Account onboarding, maintenance, and asset transfers
-Money movements, retirement account activity, RMDs, and client reporting
-CRM data management and advisor communication
-Responding to advisor and client inquiries with professionalism

This Role Is a Good Fit If You Have:

-1–3 years of experience in investment or financial services operations
-Experience with portfolio management and CRM systems
-Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
-Knowledge of investment accounts, securities, and cost basis
-A finance, economics, or related degree (or equivalent experience)
