Job Title: Wealth Advisor
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A well-established financial institution in Santa Barbara is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join their team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to high-net-worth and emerging affluent clients. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, analytical, and committed to helping clients achieve long-term financial success through personalized strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and long-term planning needs
Develop and implement customized financial plans including investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and wealth preservation
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen relationships
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust investment strategies as needed based on market conditions and client objectives
Partner with internal banking, lending, and financial planning teams to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions
Stay informed on financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) licenses preferred or required within a specified timeframe
CFP, CFA, or other financial planning designation is a plus
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment services
Strong client relationship management and consultative sales skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
