Water Services Manager (T3 & D3 Required)
Location: Bakersfield / Kern County Area

The Opportunity
We are seeking a state-certified leader to oversee water treatment and distribution operations across our network. This is a high-level role requiring technical expertise in SCADA systems and a deep understanding of California’s regulatory landscape. You will be the primary bridge between field operations and state regulatory bodies.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise a team of field water samplers to ensure precision in data collection.
Regulatory Authority: Act as the lead contact for the State Water Boards and the Division of Drinking Water (DDW).
Systems Control: Monitor and optimize water flow and quality using SCADA systems.
Infrastructure Oversight: Manage pump stations, reservoirs, and chlorination facilities.
Compliance: Ensure all site operations meet or exceed state mandates and audits.
Mandatory "Must-Have" Requirements
Please Note: These are non-negotiable requirements for this position.
Licenses: Minimum valid T3 (Water Treatment) and D3 (Water Distribution) licenses.
Certification: Current State Board Certification.
Driving: Valid California Driver’s License with a clean record.
Technical: Proven experience with SCADA and mechanical water infrastructure.
Screening: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
