Good Day!

We are currently hiring for a Warranty Reimbursement Analyst to support a well-established organization in the automotive industry.

Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: 6-month contract (March 9, 2026 – September 8, 2026)
Pay Rate: $42.00 – $52.50 per hour

Position Overview

The Warranty Reimbursement Analyst will analyze, track, and document warranty labor rate and parts reimbursement requests from dealerships. This role also supports financial tracking, reporting, and analytical projects within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate labor and parts reimbursement request packages
Follow up with regional personnel regarding incomplete or incorrect documentation
Conduct comprehensive analysis of reimbursement requests
Present final review outcomes to senior leadership
Track requests through the full approval workflow
Maintain and update tracking reports
Archive and organize dealer files electronically
Compile and create monthly financial tracking reports
Support legal-related documentation and reimbursement disputes
Perform ad-hoc financial and data analysis as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred: Business Management, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
1–3 years of strong financial or automotive data analysis experience
1–2 additional years in retail/service automotive dealership experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Experience with business intelligence tools such as COGNOS or Tableau
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
