Key Responsibilities

- Process warranty approvals and related documentation for service department repair orders.
- Review completed jobs to ensure warranty claims, codes, and supporting information are accurate.
- Communicate with technicians and service personnel to clarify repair details and required documentation.
- Code service requests and warranty work according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain organized records and help ensure timely submission of warranty claims.
- Support the service department with administrative follow-up, documentation accuracy, and claim tracking.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year.

- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured administrative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk, Service Clerk, Claims Clerk, or automotive dealership administrative support professional.
- Familiarity with warranty claim processing, repair orders, service coding, or manufacturer documentation requirements.
- Experience working in an automotive service department or dealership environment.
