Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Clerk for a direct hire opportunity with a high-end automotive dealership in Glendale, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Process warranty approvals and ensure required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Code service requests properly based on warranty and repair requirements.
- Communicate with technicians regarding job status, service details, and required follow-up.
- Track completed warranty work and follow up to ensure timely processing.
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and maintain organized records.
- Support the service department with administrative tasks related to warranty claims and order processing.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Process warranty approvals and related service documentation.
- Code service requests accurately for warranty and service processing.
- Communicate with technicians and follow up on completed jobs.
- Perform detailed data entry and maintain accurate records.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative, clerical, data entry, order processing, warranty, or automotive service support experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing numbers, codes, and documentation.
- Good numerical skills and ability to work with service, repair, or warranty information.
- Dependable, reliable, and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
- Willingness to learn daily, grow professionally, and adapt to dealership processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technicians and service team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an automotive dealership, service department, warranty department, or parts environment.
- Familiarity with warranty claim processing, repair orders, service coding, or automotive administrative systems.
- Prior experience supporting technicians, service advisors, or warranty administrators.
