Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Warehouse and Shipping Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in Irvine, CA within a food and beverage production environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on shipping and warehouse professional who enjoys working as part of a coordinated team, keeping orders accurate, and helping ensure products move efficiently through the shipping process.

The Bilingual Spanish Warehouse and Shipping Clerk will support daily outbound shipments, receiving activities, product inspections, documentation, inventory support, and warehouse organization. This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, a team-focused environment, and the opportunity to contribute to a busy operation where accuracy, reliability, and communication are highly valued.

This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse and freezer environment, and is comfortable using warehouse systems, forklifts, pallet jacks, and shipping documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Bilingual Spanish
- Verify shipped orders for accuracy and prepare required shipping documentation 
- Prepare products for shipment by packaging, boxing, bundling, wrapping, and labeling orders according to established procedures.
- Inspect incoming products for damage, document issues, and report concerns to supervisors.
- Verify receipt of purchased goods from suppliers and process related paperwork accurately.
- Work closely with the shipping team, Shipping Assistant Manager, and supervisors to complete orders on time.
- Assist with monthly inventory preparation and physical counts, including occasional Saturday inventory support.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $52,000 to $54,000 per year.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch. 
- Different hours may be assigned depending on the shipping schedule.
- Monthly inventory count may usually occur on a Saturday.
