A well-established food manufacturing company is seeking a Warehouse & Purchasing Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and purchasing of raw materials and packaging. This role supports continuous production by ensuring inventory accuracy, proper stock levels, and efficient supplier coordination in a fast-paced plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, and cycle counts
Maintain accurate inventory for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Manage purchasing of packaging and related materials to meet production needs
Coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and deliveries
Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and company policies
Lead and support warehouse staff and collaborate cross-functionally

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, or purchasing (manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
Dairy industry experience
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Food manufacturing experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
