Job Summary
A direct hire opportunity is available for a Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator in San Clemente, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on operations professional who enjoys taking ownership of warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, vendor coordination, and field logistics support.
The Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for warehouse operations supporting multiple business entities, including company inventory, marketing materials, event assets, equipment, specialty products, demonstration materials, and business-related supplies. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records, organize warehouse and storage areas, perform inventory counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, freight, vendor pickups, deliveries, packing lists, and related logistics documentation.
- Pull, package, stage, distribute, load, unload, and properly secure materials, equipment, specialty products, and demonstration assets.
- Assist with purchasing support, order tracking, vendor communication, replenishment activities, receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Support events, product demonstrations, field logistics, setup, teardown, crating, display preparation, and movement of materials between locations.
- Monitor warehouse safety, facility organization, equipment readiness, and secure storage practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 to $78,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and storage operations.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, freight, deliveries, and logistics documentation.
- Support specialty product handling, crating, demonstrations, events, and field logistics.
- Maintain vendor, purchasing, inventory, and operational support records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, operations, or related production support environments.
- Experience maintaining inventory records, conducting inventory counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Basic proficiency with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and business software.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
- Ability to drive company vehicles as needed for deliveries, pickups, demonstrations, product support, and field logistics, including trips ranging from approximately 50 to 1,000 miles.
- Ability to lift, move, load, unload, and secure materials consistent with business needs.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support changing operational needs.
- Strong communication, customer service, and vendor coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating UPS, freight carriers, vendor pickups, and delivery logistics.
- Experience supporting company events, product demonstrations, display vehicles, or field-based operational activities.
- Experience with purchasing support, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Experience organizing warehouse facilities, storage containers, business assets, marketing materials, equipment, apparel, or event inventory.
