We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Yard Associate to support daily warehouse and yard operations. This role involves picking and preparing orders, receiving and stocking materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and be willing to operate material handling equipment at heights of up to 20 feet.
Training will be provided on Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including forklifts, bendies, and cherry pickers.
Location: 9221 Farrow Rd #0027, Columbia, SC 29203
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Salary $18 p/hr
Key Responsibilities
• Pull, pick, and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials
• Operate PIT equipment (forklifts, bendies, cherry pickers) — training provided
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse and yard environment
• Assist in various warehouse functions as needed, including:
o Pipe Yard Inside Associate
o Pipe Yard Outside Associate
o Receiving Associate / Clerk
o Returns Associate
Qualifications
• Previous warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, inventory, or delivery) preferred
• Forklift or PIT operator experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and warehouse systems
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic computer skills are a plus (we use two internal systems daily)
• RF scanner experience is a plus

• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
• Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet using equipment
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
