Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations in Santa Barbara, CA. This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is ideal for someone with warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, or material handling experience who is looking for a full-time role with long-term growth potential.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will help keep operations moving by picking and packing orders, receiving materials, organizing inventory, loading and unloading products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for accurate and timely shipment.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and organize incoming materials, products, and supplies.
- Load and unload trucks safely while following proper material handling procedures.
- Perform inventory counts, update records, and help maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while assisting with general warehouse duties.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Full-Time.
- Location: Santa Barbara, CA.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Load, unload, move, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

- 1 to 2 years of warehouse, production, operations, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Experience using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or similar warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory and order records.
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to follow safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
- Previous shipping and receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Experience working in a production, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment is helpful.
