Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Idaho Falls, ID. This role is ideal for a safety-focused warehouse professional with forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment operations.
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play an important role in keeping warehouse operations accurate, organized, and productive. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to safely move, store, relocate, stack, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
- Receive incoming shipments, complete put-away tasks, and support accurate inventory control.
- Pick, stage, audit, repack, and relabel customer orders using pick lists and SAP.
- Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, recounts, in-house transfers, and inventory relocation tasks.
- Assist with trailer loading, returnable bins, return inventory, and special shipping requirements.
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas while following all safety policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, 12-month contract-to-hire assignment.
- Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Location: Idaho Falls, ID 83402.
- Candidates should be available to work 6 days per week during the first two months of the assignment.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Operate forklift equipment to support material handling, staging, and warehouse movement.
- Support shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory control, and product auditing.
- Complete cycle counts, inventory transfers, relabeling, repacking, and order accuracy checks.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience required.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, order picking, and material handling.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and operate standard office equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 56 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong communication, organization, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SAP or another Warehouse Management System.
- Prior experience auditing orders, relabeled products, and inventory paperwork.
- Experience supporting trailer loading, special shipping requirements, and return inventory processes.
