Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker for a direct hire opportunity in Buffalo, NY. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and safety-focused candidate who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will support daily operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. This is a great opportunity to join a team-oriented workplace with steady Monday through Friday hours, supportive leadership, and the potential to build long-term warehouse and operations experience. Training may be provided for equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, making this a strong fit for candidates with previous warehouse experience who are ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks or forklifts as needed, with training provided if required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
- Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse policies.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18 to $20 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Hiring preference: Temp-to-perm.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Work location: On-site in Buffalo, NY 14225.
