Role: Warehouse Associate
Pay: $18/hr
Assignment: 6-month contract, Temp-to-Hire
Location: West Chester, OH 45069 (outside of Columbus)
Schedule:
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Lunch: 30-minute unpaid break
What you’ll do:
• Load flatbed delivery trucks for next-day deliveries
• Pull, prepare, and stage orders for shipment
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
• Perform material handling tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment
• Work outdoors; position is exposed to all weather conditions
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience, including sit-down forklift operation
• Sit-down forklift operator experience required
• Ability to read and understand sales orders
• No more than a 3-month gap in work history
• Background in warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, inventory, or delivery preferred
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and pull throughout an 8-hour shift

Job duties may align with roles such as Floater Pipe Yard Inside Associate, Pipe Yard Outside Associate, Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate.
