Inventory & Materials Associate
Location: Springville, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying active at work? We’re seeking an Inventory & Materials Associate to support daily operations by keeping materials organized, accurate, and moving efficiently throughout the facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in hands-on work and wants to grow in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stock, restock, and distribute materials to production and other departments
Accurately pull and fulfill sales orders and work orders
Read and follow work orders, pick lists, and inventory reports
Receive and verify incoming shipments and inventory
Perform inventory counts, audits, and system transactions
Package parts, assemble kits, label materials, and prepare shipments
Safely move materials using pallet jacks, dollies, and manual handling
Build boxes and standard crates for shipping as needed
Qualifications
1–2 years of related experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills and comfort with different systems
Experience with SAP or Cincom is a plus
Reliable transportation
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support different tasks
