Inventory & Materials Associate
Location: Springville, UT
Schedule: 7:00 AM- 3:30PM Mon - Fri
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to keep things moving? We’re looking for a dependable Inventory & Materials Associate to join our team. If you enjoy being active throughout the day and take pride in accuracy and organization, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do
Stock, restock, and deliver materials to production areas and departments
Pull and fulfill sales orders and work orders accurately and on time
Read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and inventory reports
Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory and shipments
Conduct inventory counts, audits, and transactions to maintain accuracy
Package parts, build kits, label materials, and prepare items for shipping or outside processing
Operate counting scales and use pallet jacks, dollies, or manual handling to move materials
Assemble boxes and build standard-sized crates for shipments
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of related experience (entry-level candidates welcome!)
Ability to stay on your feet throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Comfortable using computers and various applications
Experience with SAP or Cincom is a plus (not required)
Reliable transportation to and from work
Flexibility with job assignments and a team-first attitude
