We’re looking for a General Labor associate to join our team in a hands-on, on-site role at our facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced plant and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily plant and warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving
• Count, bag, label, and visually inspect seed during packaging operations
• Use RF scanners and WMS/SAP systems to track inventory, lots, and quantities
• Assist with cycle counts and reconcile basic inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6–12+ months of warehouse or plant experience
• Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend for extended periods
• Basic experience using RF scanners or computer systems for inventory and labeling
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
Location: On-site – Littlefield, TX
Pay: $19.00/hour
