Material Handler / Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Springville, UT | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | $17/hour

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to stay active throughout your workday? We’re looking for motivated Material Handlers / Warehouse Associates to join a growing team in Springville, UT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with steady hours and long-term potential!

?? What You’ll Do

Stock, restock, and supply materials to production departments
Pull and process sales orders and work orders accurately
Read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and verbal instructions
Count, verify, and audit inventory to ensure accuracy
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
Package parts, label kits, and prepare materials for shipping or outside processing
Operate pallet jacks, dollies, counting scales, and handle materials by hand
Assemble boxes and standard-sized crates
Deliver materials to machines and departments efficiently

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of related warehouse or material handling experience
Forklift experience is a plus (but not required)
Comfortable being on your feet for the entire workday
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Able to read and interpret work orders and sales orders
Basic computer skills; SAP or Cincom experience is a plus
Flexible, dependable, and detail-oriented
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
