A growing manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support overall production flow. This role is responsible for leading warehouse activities including receiving, inventory control, shipping, material movement, and team coordination while helping maintain an organized, efficient, and safety-focused operation. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, process improvement, and working closely with operations and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping activities
Support production flow by ensuring materials and inventory move efficiently throughout the facility
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, tracking, and system updates
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, scheduling, and shipping documentation
Lead, train, and support warehouse and material handling staff
Help maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve workflow and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination
Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment preferred
Comfortable utilizing warehouse systems, ERP platforms, or inventory tracking software
Ability to lead teams, prioritize workflow, and maintain accountability in a fast-paced setting
Forklift experience or certification is a plus
Work Environment:
Combination of warehouse floor and operational office responsibilities
Active environment requiring standing, walking, and occasional lifting
Team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing setting with consistent workflow and operational visibility
