A recognized leader in water treatment solutions and customer service excellence, is currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This position is ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills, warehouse operations experience, and a passion for driving efficiency while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse activities, support team performance, and ensure smooth operations related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise warehouse employees and coordinate daily workflow
-Manage receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory accuracy
-Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
-Monitor productivity and ensure operational goals are met
-Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff
-Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics needs
-Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
-Resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree completed
-Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required
-Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
-Forklift experience preferred
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, email)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
