We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Jurupa Valley facility. This role requires a strong leader who can balance productivity, accuracy, and team development in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse functions including receiving, storage, order picking, and outbound shipping
Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates
Conduct daily shift huddles to align on goals, priorities, and safety updates
Ensure all shipments meet accuracy and damage-free standards
Monitor staffing, schedules, attendance, and team performance
Support preventative maintenance and uphold equipment safety standards
Partner with HR on coaching, corrective actions, and policy compliance
Maintain accurate timekeeping and document operational scope changes

Requirements & Ideal Skills

3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics, with proven leadership responsibilities
Forklift certification required
Strong communicator with effective coaching and conflict-resolution skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage time, people, and priorities
Comfortable using warehouse systems and tracking KPIs
