Position Summary
Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations. This role requires working in a temperature-controlled environment, handling frozen gel ice packs, and ensuring all products are accurately processed and shipped in a timely manner. Responsibilities
Accurately process and update all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions using Microsoft Navision software and the BC Mobile App.
Verify shipment information and ensure all products received and shipped are recorded accurately to support inventory control and cycle count accuracy.
Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, as properly trained, to move materials and load or unload trucks safely.
Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and warehouse replenishment activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by performing housekeeping duties, including sweeping floors, removing trash and cardboard, and ensuring outdoor areas are clear at the end of each day.
Communicate any issues that could impact on-time or complete shipment delivery to management promptly.
Support additional warehouse projects and operational needs as assigned.

Ability to work in a cold-temperature warehouse environment.
Comfortable handling frozen gel ice packs and temperature-sensitive products.

Qualifications
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems is a plus.
Forklift experience or certification is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials safely throughout the workday.
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining workplace safety standards.
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
