Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker - Shipping for a direct hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or order fulfillment experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production and operations environment.
The Warehouse Shipping Associate will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for accurate and timely shipment.
- Verify order quantities, product condition, and shipping documentation before release.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments while following safe material handling practices.
- Coordinate with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight providers.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Support warehouse cleanliness, cycle counts, inventory audits, and daily productivity goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- $18 to $22 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prepare, pack, label, and process customer orders for shipment.
- Verify shipping accuracy, documentation, product condition, and inventory details.
- Receive, load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Support carrier coordination, inventory accuracy, and daily shipping deadlines.
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or related experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong communication, dependability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
- Forklift certification.
- Experience with shipping software and carrier portals.
- Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse best practices.
