Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker - Shipping for a direct hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or order fulfillment experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production and operations environment.

The Warehouse Shipping Associate will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time. This position offers stability, daily variety, and the opportunity to contribute to a team-focused warehouse operation where accuracy, safety, and reliability are valued. Candidates who take pride in quality work, organization, and meeting deadlines will be well positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for accurate and timely shipment.
- Verify order quantities, product condition, and shipping documentation before release.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments while following safe material handling practices.
- Coordinate with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight providers.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Support warehouse cleanliness, cycle counts, inventory audits, and daily productivity goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- $18 to $22 per hour.
- Direct hire opportunity.
