Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on shipping experience, a proven record of stable employment, and expertise in cycle counting and forklift operation. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, timely, and safe processing of outgoing shipments while supporting overall warehouse efficiency.
This position spends 20% of the time in a cold room.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards
Verify and process shipping documentation, labels, and inventory transactions
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and support inventory control
Load and unload trucks in a safe, organized, and timely manner
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work collaboratively with other warehouse and logistics staff to meet daily shipping targets
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
Identify and report any discrepancies in shipping documentation or inventory
Qualifications:
Stable work history with consistent, long-term employment in prior roles
Certified or experienced in forklift operation (sit-down and/or stand-up preferred)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work on feet for extended periods
Familiarity with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers) and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus

Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping or warehouse logistics
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient in cycle counting and inventory control procedures
