Position Overview
The Warehouse Senior Associate will perform labor-intensive warehouse tasks in field distribution, including unboxing, moving, and staging copiers. The role requires standing and lifting for extended periods, with team lifts required for items over 50 lbs. Heavy-lifting equipment is provided. Ideal candidates are self-driven, physically fit, and able to follow detailed instructions.

Key Responsibilities
• Receiving: Unload freight, verify quantities and quality, complete documentation.
• Stocking: Put away products, track locations, and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Order Pulling: Accurately pick items for customer orders.
• Shipping: Pack, palletize, and load shipments; ensure safety and compliance.
• Operate powered and non-powered warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety protocols.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience or 1 year with the company.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and moving items up to 700 lbs with mechanical assistance.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage time, and work effectively in a team.

• Adherence to OSHA and safety standards.
• Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling.
• Exposure to chemicals and minor physical hazards.
