We are hiring an entry-level Warehouse Quality Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Ontario, CA. This onsite role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable performing hands-on quality inspection work in a small, team-oriented warehouse environment. Required Qualifications and Skills
As a Warehouse Quality Associate, you will support daily production and operations by inspecting gas pipe connectors, checking product fit, and sorting items based on quality standards. This is a great opportunity to gain warehouse and quality control experience with a supportive team, and a steady weekday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect gas pipe connectors for rust, chips, stains, and other visible quality concerns.
- Check gauges and product fit to ensure items meet required standards.
- Sort products based on quality, condition, and inspection results.
- Perform repetitive inspection tasks accurately throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
- Follow warehouse procedures and communicate quality issues to the appropriate team members.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Ontario, CA, onsite.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm.
- Overtime: Mandatory overtime as needed.
- Start Date: Tuesday, 9/8 at 7:00am.
- Inspect warehouse products for visible defects and quality concerns.
- Check gauges and confirm proper product fit.
- Sort inspected products according to quality standards.
- Support daily warehouse production and quality control operations.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Must be detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive work.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand in one spot for an 8 to 10 hour shift.
- Comfortable with repetitive use of hands and fingers.
- Must have steel-toed boots or shoes.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, production, inspection, or quality control experience is helpful but not required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or repetitive production environment is a plus.
