We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Coordinator for a temporary contract opportunity in Millsboro, DE. This role supports warehouse, manufacturing, and production operations in a highly regulated environment where accuracy, safety, teamwork, and procedure compliance are essential.
The Warehouse Production Coordinator will help prepare shipments, manage inventory, support production supply needs, and ensure materials are properly handled, stored, documented, and distributed. This is a strong opportunity for candidates with warehouse, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated production experience who enjoy hands-on work, structured processes, and being part of a collaborative operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, package, label, and ship domestic and international orders accurately and on schedule.
- Receive, store, issue, stage, and distribute inventory materials to support production and internal customer needs.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Handle specialized materials such as dry ice and liquid nitrogen while following required safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update inventory, shipment, and production information in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Support manufacturing areas by assisting with gowning, cleanroom support, equipment preparation, glassware cleaning, sterilization, and basic troubleshooting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.40 per hour.
- Job type: Temporary contract.
- Location: Millsboro, DE.
- Candidates must be flexible and open to assigned shifts.
- One weekend day is required.
- Typical schedules may include Sun-Thurs, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM.
- Typical schedules may include Tues-Sat, 11:00 AM-7:30 PM.
- Typical schedules may include Tues-Sat, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM.
- Overtime or extended hours may be required as needed.
- Prepare and coordinate shipments, order fulfillment, and production supply support.
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, issuing, staging, and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment and follow strict safety procedures.
- Support regulated manufacturing areas, including cleanroom-related tasks and equipment preparation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, production, or regulated environment experience preferred.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures, safety protocols, quality expectations, and documentation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy when handling materials and records.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate clearly through reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to a team-focused environment.
- Flexible availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Experience handling dry ice and/or liquid nitrogen is a plus.
- Additional education or training beyond high school is preferred.
- Previous experience in a cleanroom, GMP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated production setting is helpful.
