Job Title: Packaging Associate – 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Overview:
AppleOne is currently hiring a Packaging Associate for a reputable manufacturing facility in Erlanger, KY. This position plays a key role in supporting production by assembling and supplying packaging materials to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications
-Inspect boxes to ensure quality, proper labeling, and structural integrity
-Supply completed boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner
-Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with GMP standards
-Follow all safety, food safety, and quality procedures
-Report any damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns
-Assist with additional production or cleaning tasks as needed

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
-Comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and standing for extended periods
-Basic math and counting skills
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
-Must comply with GMP standards, including PPE and hygiene requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous manufacturing or packaging experience
-Experience in food or ingredient production environments is a plus
