Warehouse / Packaging Technician - 2 Shifts Available!

Location: De Soto, KS
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday through Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday through Friday | 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Pay: $18 per hour
Bonus: Up to $1,000 recruiting and retention bonus
Environment: Climate controlled facility

We are seeking dependable Warehouse / Packaging Technicians to support daily operations in a clean, climate controlled warehouse environment. This role focuses on order fulfillment, packaging, and material handling for products distributed across the U.S.

Recruiting and Retention Bonus

• $500 paid after 2 weeks
• $500 paid after 90 days
• Up to $1,000 total bonus opportunity

Important note: These roles are contract positions and are not guaranteed temp to perm. Strong performers are encouraged to apply for permanent roles if and when opportunities become available.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Package materials according to company procedures and shipping requirements
• Prepare, store, and handle materials including regulated or hazardous materials when applicable
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
• Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accuracy and condition
• Maintain inventory and shipping documentation within warehouse systems
• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Support general warehouse organization and operational needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 to 4 years of direct warehouse experience required
• Experience picking, packing, or packaging orders
• Working knowledge of warehouse computer systems
• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in a team oriented environment
