Warehouse Operations Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Warehouse Associate to support daily distribution and inventory operations. This role involves hands-on material handling, order processing, and product organization to ensure efficient warehouse flow and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
-Carry out day-to-day warehouse functions as directed by operations leadership
-Receive inbound shipments, verify product counts, and report any variances
-Pick, sort, and place inventory in designated storage locations
-Prepare outgoing orders by packing, labeling, and securing cartons
-Use handheld scanning devices to update inventory systems accurately
-Assist with inventory checks and stock organization
-Operate basic warehouse equipment and carts as needed
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
-Meet productivity and quality standards for assigned tasks
-Follow all workplace procedures and safety guidelines
-Physical & Work Requirements
-Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
-Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and twisting
-Comfortable working in environments with temperature variation and moderate noise
-Overtime availability based on operational needs
Preferred Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus
-Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems preferred
-Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
