WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Hours: Full-Time | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional weekends as needed)
Pay: up to $95,000, depending on experience
Type: Direct Hire

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. This individual will play a key role in optimizing warehouse performance, supporting production goals, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Warehouse Operations: Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including 5–7 leads and up to 5 temporary employees; provide coaching, training, and performance oversight
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking of raw materials and finished goods while minimizing discrepancies
Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, and proper documentation
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies to improve productivity and streamline warehouse operations
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, shipping schedules, and team performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and operational success

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
Minimum 3+ years of experience with ERP/WMS systems
Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices

Preferred / Ideal Experience:
Forklift certification
Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping systems
Hands-on experience with inventory accuracy, cycle counting, put-away, picking, and kitting
Experience working in a zero-error / high-accuracy environment
Strong technical aptitude, including experience implementing or improving WMS systems
