We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage warehouse operations and inventory control for aircraft parts. This role ensures compliance with aviation industry standards and supports shipping logistics, staff supervision, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee warehouse functions: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping aircraft components.
-Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts using systems like Quantum Control or AMOS.
-Ensure compliance with FAA, AS9120, ISO 9001, and other aviation regulations.
-Supervise and train warehouse staff, enforce safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement.
-Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR and customs regulations.
-Collaborate with Quality Assurance to manage non-conforming materials and vendor returns.

Preferred Experience:
-Barcoding systems and inventory tracking
-Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
-AS9120 certification or auditing experience
