Job Summary

A growing manufacturing and operations environment in Seattle, WA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and ensure inventory accuracy across shipping, receiving, storage, and team performance.

This Warehouse Manager role is ideal for an experienced warehouse or distribution leader who enjoys being active on the floor, coaching teams, solving operational challenges, and creating organized, safe, and productive workflows. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, staging, and material flow.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and service expectations.
- Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards throughout the warehouse.
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage methods, and workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, operational metrics, and performance trends.
- Partner with operations, production, logistics, and leadership teams to support business goals and resolve issues quickly.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct Hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Location: Seattle, WA.
