Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, staging, and material flow.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and service expectations.
- Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards throughout the warehouse.
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage methods, and workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, operational metrics, and performance trends.
- Partner with operations, production, logistics, and leadership teams to support business goals and resolve issues quickly.

- Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000 per year.

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping, receiving, and team coordination.
- Improve warehouse processes, layout, organization, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain safety standards, compliance expectations, and inventory accuracy metrics.
- Lead warehouse staff and support a productive, accountable team environment.

- 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related operations experience.
- Prior leadership experience managing warehouse or operations teams.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, receiving, shipping, warehouse organization, and performance tracking.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing operations setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach employees, coordinate priorities, and partner with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial operations environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory software, ERP systems, or related operational reporting tools.
- Experience improving warehouse layout, workflow, safety practices, or productivity metrics.
- Background supporting cycle counts, physical inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.
