The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost control, and high service levels while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Own and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time shipping, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity
• Develop and manage labor plans, staffing, and scheduling to meet operational demands and cost targets
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient execution
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to build a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment
• Lead inventory control processes, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and root cause analysis of discrepancies
• Continuously optimize warehouse layout, slotting, and workflows to improve efficiency and throughput
• Coordinate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations
• Resolve operational issues such as shipping delays, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies in a timely manner

Requirements & Skills
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
• Experience in workforce planning, labor scheduling, and productivity management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and manage performance
• Strong experience with WMS platforms (e.g., ShipHero, Logiwa, or similar systems) and reporting tools
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Education & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business (preferred)
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees (preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or distribution environments (preferred)
• Certifications such as OSHA, Lean Six Sigma, or other supply chain credentials are a plus

• Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting

Experience in Managing warehouse operations within a manufacturing facility
Familiarity with warehouse software and databases, like Shiphero, Logiwa, etc.
