Warehouse Manager
-Pay: $33-40/hr DOE
-Location: Oxnard, CA
*Must have supervisory experience*

-Role: Lead and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment

-Core Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
• Drive KPIs (on-time shipping, order & inventory accuracy, productivity)
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce SOPs
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency

-Requirements:
• Proven warehouse leadership experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations
• Experience with WMS systems (e.g., ShipHero, Logiwa)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Preferred:
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
• Background in manufacturing or consumer goods
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field
• Certifications (OSHA, Lean Six Sigma) a plus
