Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and safe, organized facility operations. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, operational oversight experience, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management
• Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized facility
• Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, customer service, and logistics to support business needs
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Manage vendor and carrier relationships to support timely and cost-effective shipments
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools to track inventory and operations

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping/receiving, and warehouse workflows
• Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment and drive operational improvements
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices within a warehouse setting

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
• Forklift certification or experience overseeing equipment operations
• Experience implementing process improvements or lean methodologies

Work Environment
• Onsite role within a warehouse setting
• May require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends based on operational needs
