We’re looking for a dynamic Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain coordination. In this role, you’ll guide and develop a talented team, enhance customer satisfaction, and shape the strategies that keep our operation running at peak performance.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of logistics professionals while ensuring safe, efficient, and timely product movement.
Own the full logistics function—operations, inventory, administration, and personnel.
Drive performance improvements through smart strategy, strong problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and AIB Gold Standards.
Collaborate across departments to streamline material flow, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Manage vendor and 3PL relationships to strengthen supply chain performance.
Oversee daily logistics metrics and create reports that support informed decision-making.
Build, mentor, and motivate your team through training, recognition, and clear expectations.
Manage department budgets and ensure resources are used effectively.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field—or equivalent experience.
5+ years of logistics, warehouse, distribution, and inventory control leadership preferably in Food Manufacturing.
Expertise in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and transportation logistics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to determine optimal inventory levels.
Experience developing policies that prevent aged or distressed inventory.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
