Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Hayward, CA. 94545

Immediate need for warehouse manager seeking to oversee inventory management, material coordination, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, hands-on experience in inventory control, and the ability to drive a box truck for maintenance purposes. This role requires lifting between 50-75 lbs. using a hand lift and managing warehouse activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.
-Maintain inventory accuracy by organizing materials and auditing stock levels.
-Manage the movement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
-Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency.
-Coordinate with management and other departments to resolve materials-related issues.
-Ensure that materials are transported safely and efficiently from receiving docks to workstations.
-Schedule and oversee warehouse deliveries to optimize workflow.
-Drive a box truck for scheduled oil changes and maintenance as needed.
-Supervise warehouse personnel and establish best practices for quality assurance.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (preferred).
-Forklift certification required.
-Valid CA driver’s license with a clean record.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
-Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
-Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs).
-Experience handling FedEx, UPS, and international shipments.
-Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs. and performing standing activities throughout the shift.
