We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving activities across multiple business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
Organize and manage warehouse and storage areas
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
Prepare and process outgoing shipments (UPS, freight, etc.)
Track inventory levels and support replenishment needs
Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination
Maintain shipping records, packing lists, and documentation
Support equipment, materials, and event logistics as needed
Assist with occasional deliveries, pickups, and field support
Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and safe
Requirements
3–5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory tracking
Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Basic Excel and computer skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
