Warehouse Associate II/III
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate II/III for our Shipping Department. The ideal candidate has strong experience in warehouse execution functions such as cycle counting, inventory/bin/lot management, sales returns, and receiving. This role requires working in cold environments and handling frozen gel ice packs.
Qualifications
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to work in cold temperatures and handle frozen gel packs.
High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge of lot numbers and serial numbers for shipping.
Level II: Minimum 3 years of shipping/receiving experience.
Level III: Minimum 5+ years in a warehouse execution environment.
Certified forklift operator (Class I, II, III & IV – sit-down/stand-up).
Proficient in item verification and cycle counting.
Responsibilities
Update all product receipt and shipment information accurately in Microsoft Navision/BC mobile app to maintain proper inventory control and cycle count accuracy.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, lot/bin verification, and documentation.
Receive, identify, and store all incoming shipments; support international shipments when required.
Use handheld scanners/tablets for picking, scanning, and cycle counting.
Process Sales Returns, updating ERP and CRM systems and ensuring accuracy between system records and physical bins.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (as trained) to move items and load/unload trucks.
Ship all orders using FIFO and ensure they meet FedEx, UPS, and international deadlines.
Assist with general warehouse functions including pulling orders, packaging ice, supporting shipping/receiving, and working with urgency.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment (sweeping, trash removal, cardboard disposal, end-of-day lot cleanup).
Communicate any issues affecting on-time or in-full shipments to management.
Cross-train and assist other team members; Level III supports leadership and troubleshooting as needed.
Skills & Abilities
Comfortable working in cold environments and handling frozen gel packs.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills (internal and external).
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment; willing to take on additional tasks.
Clear written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong listening, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use discretion and independent judgment.
